We all feel as though our arms could look better. If you’re suffering from extra fat surrounding your upper arm area and feel utterly insecure, we want to help you battle this tricky area. With just 3 sculpting moves, your arms will look and feel toned and incredible. Not only will these moves sculpt your arms but they’ll also target your back as well. All you’ll need is a pair of 3-pound dumbbells and you’re good to go!
The first sculpting move is arm circles. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and extend your arms out side to side at shoulder height. With your shoulders down, begin by doing 20 small circles clockwise. Once done, begin by doing 20 small circles counterclockwise.
Next we have the shoulder press. Grab your dumbbells and stand with your feet once again shoulder-width apart. Bend your elbows, bringing your hands to shoulder height with your palms facing forwards and begin to press your weight straight above your head. Make sure you keep your shoulders down and come back to your starting position. Continue for 25-30 reps.
The last move is the side triceps lift. With your feet hip width apart and dumbbells in hand, straighten your right arm to the side at shoulder height and begin to rotate your palms so they face backwards. Lift your arm 2-3 inches and return your arm back to start and repeat for the left arm. Complete 25 reps on each arm.
Do these moves along with healthy eating and cardio 2xs a day for 5 days a week and you’ll notice an incredible difference in your arms.
