Banana and Almond Butter Toast

When we say a healthy diet is incredibly important in losing weight, we mean it.

A healthy diet is the foundation for weight loss and living a fit lifestyle. Without eating healthy, all of the hard work you put into exercise will mean nothing if you continue a poor diet of junk and fatty foods. We want to show you an amazingly tasty and most importantly healthy alternative to everyday meals. Let’s begin with the most important Dish of the day, breakfast. Skip the hash browns from McDonalds and make Banana and Almond Butter Toast. This meal is delicious and so extremely quick to make. Have this with a cup of green tea, and you’ll feel incredible throughout the morning.

You will need:

1 tablespoon of almond butter

1 slice of rye/whole-wheat bread, toasted

1 banana sliced

After you have toasted your two slices of bread, spread your almond butter onto the toast and apply your sliced bananas and voila you’re done! If you happen to get hungry throughout the day or just need the perfect healthy snack, bring a small capped tub of almond butter and sliced green apples in a plastic bag and this makes as the perfect quick and simple snack.

A great fat burning snack that’s perfect to carry around the day to have before or after lunch are nuts. Almonds and walnuts are great to fill yourself up and indulge without feeling guilty and bloating afterwards, and they burn fat!
